Various Spring Things 2003

Annica and I are so cool. We used plaster cast thingees to make hearts. Here's mine with Mike modelling it. I'm sure this is the most thrilling picture you've seen all day.

That will teach me to read the box! I tried to dye my hair a dark brown but it turned out a weird purplish red color. Oj!

Because I'm a glutton for punishment I took another pic of the silly hair color.

Dessert time! Annica bites into a giant sopapilla on our Mexican Fiesta night.

Mike was one drunk pirate! Here in Sweden there is a tradition of embarrassing a bacholor a few nights before the wedding. His friends got at him a little early and had fun plying him with liquor. This picture was taken when he got home. He has no recollection of it. He does remember dog sledding though (Hopefully someone will give me pics of that soon).

It's Easter! I dressed Mike up with a ribbon and made him hold my Easter cake. He was thrilled. In the background you can see the traditional Swedish Easter tree, hung with bright feathers and hollowed eggs.

A close up of my Easter cake. I'm a freak. I wanted to use dyed marzipan for the eggs but ended up with hazelnut paste, which doesn't dye well at all. It ended up looking like dyed rabbit turds.
